MJN Consulting respects your privacy. This notice explains how we handle personal information submitted through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
When you complete our consultation or callback forms, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, the type of entity you represent, your area of interest, your preferred callback time and the message you write. If you use the readiness check and choose to send your result, the summary is added to your message. The readiness check itself runs in your browser and is not stored by us.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, to prepare for a consultation and, where you become a client, to deliver our services. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Who can see it
Enquiries are delivered to our project mailbox and are accessible only to MJN Consulting staff who need them to respond. Our website and email hosting providers process the data on our behalf under appropriate security obligations.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting engagement, after which it is deleted or securely archived as required by law.
How we protect it
This website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Form submissions are validated, filtered for spam and sent directly to our mailbox. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its processing. Contact us at projects@mjnconsult.co.za or on +27 60 151 4597. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
